Your home sits on Arrow Point, a coveted destination as you are very near WorldMark Condos and down the hill from Gozzer. Max 6 adults, perfect mix is 4 adults and 6 kids.
The Space:
Parking 4 car maximum or a small boat trailer and two cars
Upper Deck - Follow the bridge to the upper deck and sit among the trees enjoying some yoga, reading, peace and quiet abound. Wrap around deck has a fire table and BBQ.

Living room
Bathroom #1 with a standing shower
Guest room #1 with a queen bed and lake views
sLaundry room with full size washer and dryer, games, and beach towels
Access to the garage at the end of the hall.
Upstairs:
Master bedroom - King size bed, gorgeous lake views, en-suite bathroom with standing shower and a large closet, balcony
Cousins Cabin: Studio style located under main house, access is outside
Small kitchen, fully equipped to make your own meals
Queen sleeping nook
Full over full bunk bed

Waterfront access via a paved trail down to the boat house and lower deck Boat house has life jackets, kayaks, and paddle boards for guest use. Dock is able to hold two boats maximum, put in at Mineral Ridge Boat launch and store your trailer in the garage.

In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. This fee will be charged to the client's credit card used for the initial booking and will be deducted from any refund issued.
