Entry into a kid-friendly corner with games and toys leads you to the living room with seating for 5 and a large screen TV. The dining area accommodates 6, with a high chair for a total of 7. The primary guest room features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guest room has twin beds with a twin bunk on top. The kitchen includes a small table for 2 and a bar with stools, fully outfitted for your cooking needs. A washer and dryer are also provided.
Outside, enjoy space for croquet, a BBQ, 6 chairs, and a fire pit. The garage provides access for storing bikes, strollers, and other vacation gear, and easily accommodates boat parking.
The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, yet conveniently close to downtown—just 1.5 miles through tree-lined streets. It's a quick 5-minute drive or a fun bike ride to restaurants, shopping, parks, and the lake.
